2027 Weddings

You are welcome to contact us for a tour, but we won't be holding or booking 2027 dates yet.

Audio Guestbook

More Meaningful and Full of Personality Than an Ordinary Guestbook.


Voicemails will be delivered after wedding date via email. These can be provided to videographers to use in their videos or used personally as a keepsake.


*Can be delivered via USB flash drive + $35.00

Photo Booth

13" Ring Light has changing color modes and brightness dimmable modes. 


Has a ready to go program to take photos and save on an online album, also will text photos to guest after the event.


*Backdrop/background is not included.

Professional Set Up

$1,000*

Our team will professionally set up the venue on Friday before the event, prior to the arrival of the Wedding Party. This allows the Wedding Party to focus on final touches with ease. To ensure a smooth setup, all wedding décor must be delivered earlier in the week. The Big Barn Venue team will arrange tables, chairs, and décor items as directed, so the space is ready for your vision to come to life. 


*This option must be paid for with final deposit 30 days prior to event.

Extended Clean Up

$1,000*

With the extended clean up option, the Wedding Party will have until Sunday at 5:00 PM to complete all cleanup and collect their items. This allows for a more relaxed and flexible post-event experience, without the need to rush immediately after the celebration. 


*This option must be paid for on Friday during set up.
